To have your name added to the Alumni pages, just send me these 6 things. (Some may not apply)

1. Your name (and how you want it to look, i.e. w or w/o maiden name, w or w/o middle initial/name  etc.)
2. The year you graduated
3. The years you attended PHS (ex. 1989-1993)
4. Your current residency
5. The e-mail address you would like me to use (You do not have give it to be included)
6. If you have created a web site and would like to list it under your name please add it to your e-mail.
