Come out and cheer on the Mustangs!
The Mustangs will take on RA Long in the
consolation brackets and try to keep going for some hardware in the State
Tournament. If you can make it please come out and support your Mustangs.

| Wow,
the Mustangs are two and done. Hard to explain what happened today, as
the Mustangs shot 50% from the field, made 4 of 9 three's and made 67%
of free throws. What ultimately did the Mustangs in was all the foul
trouble they encountered towards then end as the had to foul to catch
up. Then come overtime most of the starters already had four fouls and
not much room for error, but with that said the boys still played
great during game and finished a great season of Mustang basketball. |

about stepping up when you need to, Kirby Moore had a game high &
career high 30 pts as he was 8/9 from the field & 4/5 from the 3 point
line, Kellen Crawford ended his career with 22 pts & 8 rebs and Jordan
Durbin added 8 pts. |

shooting did in the Mustangs this night as they only shot 29% from the
field and hit only 1 of 14 three point attempts as they just couldn't
get comfortable in the Dome. |
| Kellen Crawford
had 17 pts & 14 rebs to lead the Mustangs, followed by Cody Bruns with
9 pts & Kirby Moore with 7 pts. |

to Kellen Crawford & Cody Bruns who were selected to the 1st Team All-CWAC
3/1/08 - In Sunnyside, wow you would
have thought both teams were playing for the State Championship tonight as
each team played their hearts out and the game had to be settled in
overtime. Ephrata jumped out early as they hit several three pointers and
took a 20 to 10 lead. The Mustangs would not go quietly as they went on a
21 to 10 run of their own over the second quarter to pull even 31 to 31 at
the half. The second half was more of the same as both teams went back and
forth trading leads and baskets, Ephrata took the third quarter to lead 41
to 45. Prosser came back with a 13 to 9 fourth quarter to tie the game at
54 to 54 and send it in to overtime. Neither team would give much in the
overtime period and the Mustangs had their chances as Ephrata missed
several free throws down the stretch, but the Mustangs couldn't cash in
the chances and they fell 65 to 68. Kellen Crawford was leading scorer
with 23pts, Cody Bruns added 19 pts & Kirby Moore put in 7 pts.
